1. Disaster Recovery Mental Health Care — Via Telehealth
We connect patients with qualified clinicians through secure telehealth appointments. Our approach is designed to be:
  • Trauma-informed – gentle, respectful, and patient-led
  • Flexible – access care from home or wherever feels safest
  • Supportive – focused on recovery, coping, and wellbeing
This service is available for people within natural disaster zones declared on Disaster Assist, such as:
  • Bushfires
  • Floods
  • Storms and extreme weather events
2. What This Service Is — and Isn’t
What we offer
  • GP appointment for mental health support for disaster recovery
  • Psychiatrist appointment for assessment – your GP will then provide ongoing care with your new management plan
  • Telehealth consultations with trained clinicians
What we don’t offer
  • Emergency or crisis services
  • Immediate or urgent medical care
