Detailed introduction
Janet Yong is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and a Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE). She completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Monash University in 2011 and graduate certificate for Diabetes Education from Deakin University in 2015. She aims to empower her patients to eat well, move more and love life!
She takes pride in providing her patients with personalized recommendations that are practical and culturally appropriate rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
