I am a consultant Psychiatrist with over 12 years of experience in psychiatry, including 6 years as a practicing psychiatrist. I completed MBBS at Peking University in China and obtained MD in Psychiatry from the Post Graduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. I have also completed a fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). I have a special interest in electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), psychopharmacology, and functional neurological disorders. My clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based care and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through both medical and psychosocial approaches.
