If you require a psychiatric diagnosis and treatment plan, or to support a DVA claim, we’re here to help. Below is a simplified guide on how to start your patient journey with Telecare and receive a medical diagnosis.

Provide a GP Referral
Telecare requires a GP referral prior to booking a psychiatric appointment. If you are interested in using our services, request your general practitioner to send your referral to: DVA@telecare.com.au

Make an Appointment
Once your referral has been received, our booking agent will reach out to you to book a consultation at a suitable time. Telehealth consults are booked using our secure online platform via web-browser, with waiting times typically under 4 weeks.

Prepare for your Consultation
Your consultation will be booked as a telehealth apppointment. You will be sent a secure video link which will take you to the online appointment portal. You may attend from any compatible device such as smart phones, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
